Where people thrive,
business performs.
We partner with organisations to build healthier, more engaged, higher-performing teams — through evidence-based wellbeing experiences that align with your strategic goals and psychosocial obligations.
Beyond “feel-good” moments, we focus on outcomes that matter — reducing stress, preventing burnout, deepening team connection, and addressing key psychosocial risks.
From psychology talks and nutrition workshops to nature walks, onsite massage and leadership retreats, our programs are designed to energise your people and support a thriving culture. Trusted by corporate and government clients, we bring a flexible, hands-on approach that fits your workplace — whether that’s a one-off event or a long-term program.

Kate Abraham.
The former events director who runs ultramarathons.
Kate is a creative, highly accomplished events and wellbeing professional with 20 years’ experience. She founded and ran one of Adelaide’s top event companies for a decade (Keito Events), and was a Senior Producer and General Manager at KOJO nationally.
Her passion for wellbeing spans nutrition — she runs plant-based food business Plant B Life — hiking, running and creative mindfulness. She runs marathons globally and completed a 100km ultra in the Blue Mountains, and brings that into her work getting corporate teams outdoors, at their own level.
She holds board and philanthropy roles across the Roger Rasheed Sports Foundation, the Rundle Mall Board and the Adelaide Festival Centre Foundation.

A team, not a roster of contractors.
Every discipline works from the same brief, together.
Psychologists, physios, nutritionists, mindset coaches and nature guides who’ve actually worked together before — not freelancers assembled for your event. That’s what makes the experience feel like one thing, not six.
Wellbeing expertise, run like an events firm.
